| A: The Queens/Brooklyn Chapter Leader of LIGHT has plans to organize a bookswap at LIGHT's annual "Back-to-No-School Picnic" and possibly a second one are LIGHT's annual "End of No-School Picnic". During the between months, some members offer up swaps at their house or a community gathering room. |
